- All bookings should be made online at www.scrap-ex.com/conference. Anybody who turns up on the day, who has not paid, and wishes to attend, will be charged £299+VAT if they pay by credit card, or £339+VAT if they wish to pay by invoice. All payments must be in sterling.
- Payment for any booking will still be due even if the delegate does not attend. However, another person may attend in their place, as long as notice of at least 24 hours is given prior to the event. A surcharge of £30+VAT will be charged if notice is given with less than 24 hours notice.
- scrap-ex reserves the right to change speakers due to illness, or any other factors that may be out of its control.
- scrap-ex does not accept responsibility for loss or damage of delegates’ own property, or personal effects while at the conference.
- scrap-ex does not accept any liability for loss or damage to personal effects caused by events beyond its control, including (but without limitation) fire, flood, strikes, civil disturbances or for consequential loss or damage of any kind whatsoever.
Cancellation of booking
A refund of 50% will be made if cancellation is given in writing up to four weeks prior to the event. A refund of 10% will then be made if cancellation is given in writing up to five working days prior to the event. After this, no refund can be given.
